POSTAGE & PACKING
Ordering & Payment
Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If for any reason an item becomes unavailable, I’ll get in touch and offer a refund or an alternative.
Packaging
I take great care when packing your ceramics to ensure they arrive safely and intact.
Where possible, I use recyclable materials or reused packaging that has been passed on to me, helping to reduce waste while still protecting your pieces on their journey.
Shipping
All parcels are sent using tracked delivery (usually 3–5 days within the UK). Once your order has been received, it will be packed and sent the following day (excluding Sunday).
Each order is packed thoughtfully to give it the best possible chance of a safe arrival.
If your piece is damaged in transit, simply share a photo with me, and I’ll arrange a replacement.
Returns
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Please note that postage costs can’t be refunded, and return postage is your responsibility.
If your order was damaged in transit, I will replace it at no cost to you.
